Visiting during larch season?
Larch season is one of the most popular times to visit Lake Louise, especially on September weekends. Golden larches typically appear from mid-to-late September into early October, but timing can change from year to year.
If you’re planning a fall visit, arrange your transportation ahead of time and check current conditions before you go.

Our scheduled shuttles follow set departures and itineraries to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. Need something more flexible? Private transportation gives families and groups more flexibility to request preferred timing, destinations and stops, subject to availability.

Definitely. Our Two Lake Shuttle covers both on daily rides, so you don’t have to choose between Lake Louise’s turquoise water and Moraine Lake’s Valley of the Ten Peaks views.
Yes. We offer wheelchair seating for up to two wheelchair users per trip, including Lake Louise. If you use a wheelchair, select the wheelchair ticket option when booking.
Same flexible policy across all our trips: full refund 14+ days before departure, 50% refund or full credit 7 to 13 days before departure, and no refunds within 7 days, but we’ll happily try to reschedule you if we can.
Need to change your date, time or group size? Just give us at least 48 hours’ notice and we’ll do our best to make it work. This aligns the page with the standardized scheduled-service policy.
Layered clothing, sunglasses, and a full water bottle are musts. If you’re planning to walk the lakeshore trail or hike up to the Lake Agnes Tea House, comfortable shoes are a good call too.
